  • Carrie Kerr

    Director of Operations


    Carrie Kerr has been an integral part of Albion’s Operations Team since 1998. She manages all the various pieces of data including portfolio reconciliation, corporate actions, performance measurement, and client billing. Carrie has her Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) to ensure she was completely up-to-speed on accurate investment performance reporting. She quickly absorbs knowledge and always strives for more. With a deep understanding of Albion's systems, figures, performance, and “all things numbers,” Carrie's knowledge is fundamental to the team. She is our go-to troubleshooter, and has a deep pride for Albion and the services we provide. Her motivation is to provide reliable information for our clients and the Albion Team to work with every day.

    Carrie has a passion for science and technology, is an avid book reader and enjoys collecting rare books. She is a devoted mother to her teenage daughter and spends most of her spare time with her family.

  • Wayne Burdick

    Network Administrator

    Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, University of Utah
    Microsoft Certified Professional, Apple Certified Technician

    Wayne Burdick joined Albion in February 2013. He is diligent at keeping Albion abreast of an ever-evolving digital world, maintaining Albion’s internal and external hardware and software systems. And when technology throws a curveball, Wayne’s solutions exhibit creative thinking skills earned through his diverse professional and educational background.

    Wayne earned a Music degree at the University of Utah, and spent a few years as a professional musician, and even as a commercial cargo pilot and flight instructor. Wayne returned to school and studied computer system administration, rounding out his technical skills with certifications from both Apple and Microsoft. He loves boosting efficiency and productivity and thrives under pressure. 

    Outside Albion, Wayne continues to play drums and percussion in a local band. He especially enjoys camping—particularly in the desert—with his wife and two sons.

  • David Clark

    Operations Associate

    Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies / Arabic, Brigham Young University

    David Clark joined Albion in October 2015 as an Associate Wealth Advisor and currently serves on the Operations team. Prior to joining Albion David engrained his dedication to client service while working for Apple Computer as a ‘genius’ - providing one-on-one technical assistance and preserving customer confidence in all things Apple.  David’s thoughtful and thorough nature is apparent in each of his interactions with our clients. His experience in the world of investing and financial planning in league with his dedication to data integrity and procedure efficiency have made him a natural fit with our Operations group.

    David has an ear for foreign language and has spent years learning Spanish, Arabic, and Catalan. As his proficiency in those languages atrophies over time David maintains a disciplined native tongue as evidenced by his advanced skill with the New York Times daily crossword puzzle. David is a passionate proponent of minimizing his environmental impact and owns a bicycle in lieu of a car. He is committed to a thriving, healthy and clean-air community on the Wasatch Front. In his spare time, David volunteers with the Salt Lake Film Society at the Broadway and Tower Theaters.

  • Scott Kellner, MBA

    Operations Analyst

    Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics, Westminster College

    Scott Kellner joined Albion Financial Group in September 2017 bringing with him a passion for financial markets, data integrity, process improvement, and project management. Scott, our Operations Analyst, facilitates effective data management and reconciliation for all of our client accounts as well as contributes his efforts to calculating and presenting performance reports and investment portfolios.

    Previously on Morgan Stanley’s tax operations team, Scott enhanced firm-wide systems and reporting leveraging his cost basis and investment knowledge. A lifelong learner, Scott was a finalist in the ACG Cup Case Competition, an investment banking competition, during his Master’s in Business Administration studies. Scott also excelled in the Certified Financial Analyst Undergraduate Investment Research Challenge, an equity research competition, where he received a grant to sit for the CFA exam while still a college student.

    Outside of the office Scott enjoys working at Promontory Country Club in Park City where he has been for the past 12 years. If he is not golfing or coaching lacrosse for Highland High School or local club, True Lacrosse, you might catch Scott out on the slopes or studying finance in preparation for the CFA Level III exam.

  • Zenfira Holm

    Human Resources Manager

    Bachelor of Business Administration, Tashkent State University

    Originally from Tashkent City, Uzbekistan, Zenfira Holm moved to Utah in 2003, and joined Albion in 2006. Zen fell in love with the culture and people of Utah and the variety of landscapes this state has to offer. In addition to her administrative and customer service skills, Zen brings experience working with foreign companies to the Albion team. She is an oft-sought resource for her stable and level-headed approach to any situation that arises. 

    Outside of the office, Zen spends her time with her young daughter and husband, and has a passion for music and reading. She also enjoys travelling and learning about the world from its many diverse people and cultures.

  • José Treviño

    Adminstrative Services Manager

    Bachelor of Arts in Communication, University of South Carolina - Aiken

    José, whom we call Joe, joined Albion’s Operations team in February 2016.  Joe’s keen interest in staying abreast of the latest and greatest computer and internet technology make him a natural fit to assist with the nuts and bolts of Albion’s intricate information systems. His collegiate studies of communication led Joe to begin his career in the television and print industries.

    Joe spent his childhood and college years in South Carolina, then travelled to Texas where he worked for two years.  Since 2010, he and his wife have called Utah home.  Outside of the office, Joe enjoys watching modern and classic films as well as devoting time to his religious community.

  • Hanna Levitt

    Assistant Administrator

    Hanna Levitt joined the Albion team in 2015, beginning as a summer intern and quickly transitioning to a full member of the Albion team.  In the morning Hanna is the first one to greet you either on the phone or in person when you arrive at our office.  Hanna is able to keep the Albion office in ship shape while making sure we all stay on time for our various engagements.

    Hanna has a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes and the environment upon which we all depend.  She is most interested in equestrianism, having ridden horses for over a decade.  In addition to her work at Albion, Hanna volunteers her time as a fossil preparer in the paleontology lab at the Natural History Museum of Utah.  Hanna also thoroughly enjoys international travel, learning to play the guitar, and taking drawing courses.

Operations is the backbone supporting everything we do. Whether it is the critical daily reconciliation of client accounts, regular reporting of investment activity, or a pleasant greeting when you call, we rely on this team to keep Albion running smoothly.
